1.将解冻的北极虾去头、剥壳。

2.将鸡蛋打散,加入盐搅匀。

3.将一半的蛋液倒入有虾的碗中,混合均匀。

4.锅内放油加热,将一半的蛋液与虾仁一起滑炒。

5.虾仁蛋炒好后,再倒回剩余的蛋液搅匀。

6.搅匀后,再次下锅煎。

7.翻另一面煎好。
